JOSEPH WINS 10 -MILE BIKE RACE Ray Joseph of the Descamps Cycle Club finished first in the ten-mile handicap in the Rand Athletic Clubs bicycle derby held Sunday in Sherman Park. Joseph defeated a field of more than 150 and covered the distance in 21 minutes and 42.3 seconds.
