CARRUTHERS AT ARLINGTON Roy Carruthers, secretary and general , manager of the Arlington Park Jockey Club, 1 came up from his home near Versailles, Ky., to inspect the preparations for the opening of the big northside race meeting on June 26. He returned to Kentucky Sunday and will come back to Chicago with Mrs. Carruthers about June 1 to direct the opening routine. Carruthers, a well known breeder, reports that he has several high class prospects in his new crop this season.
