, F0£ AT LINCOLN FIELDS ~~~~~~ CRETE, 111., May 22.— A heavy fog hung over Lincoln Fields this morning to handicap dockers in the timing of horses and somewhat curtailing training operations. Deep fog banks swept the course from just after sun-up until late in the morning and quite a few horses which went through their train-ing maneuvers could not be clocked.
