In second place are tied Leland Lake, the veteran, and apprentice William Cassity, with six winners each. The first claims of the meeting came with Saturdays program when Mrs. C. H. Nowack and W. H. Yarling claimed Be Discreet out of the second race for 00. The racer formerly campaigned for E. H. Moody. The second claim of the half-holiday card was that of Moorish, which S. Kemp acquired out of the fifth race for ,000 from the Le Mar Stock Farm. C. E. Deahl, the Texas turfman, will ship the consistent handicap performer Fast Move and four others of his stable Tuesday to the Ak-Sar-Ben track at Omaha, where the racers will augment the stable of four already quartered at the Nebraska oval for the Panhandle rancher. Apprentice Paul Keiper, who rode brilliantly at the recent Beulah Park meeting, will attend saddle duties for the Deahl establishment. Another powerful stable to leave here is that of C. E. Davison, which will be vanned to Chicago Tuesday for the Lincoln Fields race meeting. Davison will send Chance Ray, star of the string, Getalong, Masterpiece and eight others. Jockey Henry Hauer will accompany the Davison stable to the Crete course. J. P. Keezek, who conditions the Le Mar Stock Farm stable, dispatched ten of Leo J. Marks campaigners to Cleveland, Ohio. Apprentice John Badali, promising young reinsman, leaves Monday for Omaha, where he will report to the F. G. Orr string, which will race at the Ak-Sar-Ben oval. Orr will send Night Gail, Sarah Justice, Footwork and four others to the Nebraska track, which commences its spring meeting May 27.
