MORGANS NEW TRAINER, NEW YORK, N. Y., May 22.— C. W. Par-rish was appointed by owner T. P. Morgan as trainer of the horses that he has here to succeed L. T. Whitehill. Parrish was associated with Fred Hopkins, Bill Norton and other trainers in the East after learning the rudiments from Holly Hughes of the San-ford Stables. Dr. John R. Upton arrived from Texas to confer with Morgan relative to the coughing epidemic which is prevalent among the stables herr
