CLOSING DATE FOR HOLLYWOOD PREMIERE SET BACK TO MAY 27 LOS ANGELES, Cal., May 22.— The closing date for making nominations to the Holly- i wood Premiere Handicap, ,500 added, opening day feature at the Inglewood track, has been set back to May 27; owing to the changed date for inaugurating the coming meeting, secretary Webb Everett announced today. The condition book through error .printed the original closing date May 24, but this was changed to May 27 when the racing board granted Hollywood Park the privilege of opening Memorial Day, next Tuesday, instead of the previously announced June 1 date. Nominations of high class runners continue to be received for the six furlongs dash. Specify, Main Man, Whichcee, Speed to Spare, Dogaway and a dozen other top members of the handicap division are understood to have been named for the Memorial Day special.
