w ■ . SETTLE G00DL0E CLAIM DETROIT, Mich., May 22.— Judge Joseph A. Murphy, of the Probate Court, Wayne County, Michigan, authorized Mrs. Caroline Goodloe, executrix of the estate of the late William Cassius Goodloe, to settle and compromise the claim she filed against Jerry McCarty and the Jerry McCarty Stables, Inc., of Michigan. The original claim for horses sold Jerry McCarty and the Jerry McCarty Stables, Inc., was for 3,000, and under the settlement and compromise the Goodloe estate will receive ,250. John Anhut, owner of the Imperial Farms and Stable and widely known Detroit barrister, represented the estate.
