Lincoln Stewards Ruling WASHINGTON PARK, Homewood, 111., May 16. — The Lincoln Fields stewards ruled that with the running of the first event today, all horses taking part in the races must be returned to the regular weighing-out station in front of the grandstand to be unsaddled. Heretofore at this track only the first four horses were required to return, the balance being taken to the paddock for the removal of their equipment.
