Plaut Buys Into Sunshine WILMINGTON, Del., May 16.John W. Kane, secretary-treasurer of the Sunshine Park Racing Association, which operates the only race course on the west coast of Florida, announced today that Lincoln G. Plaut had purchased "a substantial block of stock" in the Oldsmar plant. Plaut, formerly director of field operations for Daily Racing Form, served as steward during the 1951 season at Sunshine Park and was impressed by the tracks possibilities, in view of the constant growth of Floridas gulf coast.
