Harness Commission Meeting NEW YORK, N. Y., May 16.— The entire board of the New York State Harness Racing Commission is slated to meet tomorrow or Friday to vote on recommendations made following a probe of activities at the Yonkers Raceway. The commission has been meeting daily at Yonkers. following a charge by driver Cliff Burgett that other drivers had allegedly intimidated him into throwing a race. An investigation was launched into the matter earlier this week. A number of the better known figures racing at Yonkers appeared before the commission as witnesses. Yonkers Raceway has itself instituted a security bureau, under the direction of Jerome OGrady, following the charge of Burgett.
