Pondariel Going to Texas FORT WORTH, Texas, May 8.— Bud Burmester, Texas breeder, will transfer Pondariel, by Ariel — Pond Lily, by Ultimus, and now standing at the Grace Ranch, Tucson, Arizona, to the Texas establishment of J. Glenn Halsell, Jr. at Crowell. The return of Pondariel to Crowell will bring him to within a few miles of where he first made his debut at stud, the E. Paul Waggoner Santa Rosa-Zacaweista ranch, at Vernon. Pondariel, . was acquired by Burmester for the Three Ds Stock Farm from Greenwich Stud. Lexington, Ky., as a suckling, along with Sabariel. Young Halsell, who attended the recent farm managers school at Lexington, has a small band of mares.
