Colonel Chinn to Address TCA LEXINGTON, Ky., May 8.— Col. Phil T. Chinn will reminisce about some of his experiences in the horse business at the next meeting of the Thoroughbred Club of America to be held at the Lafayette hotel, Saturday, May 16, at 12:15 p. m. The colonel, one of racings most colorful persons, has spent more than 50 years in racing, breeding and dealing with horses. Secretary Gus Owens anticipates a large turnout for the luncheon meeting.
