Nostalgic Gains Length Decision at Ascot Park Prevails Over Zephyrette Under Guidance of Jockey E. OKeefe ASCOT PARK, Cuyahoga Falls. Ohio, May 8. — F. E. Turners Nostalgic, ridden by Eugene OKeefe moved through on the inside of Zephyrette through late stretch to gain a length decision over that one in one of the better races here this afternoon. Nostaligc who was a lukewarm favorite, returned .20 and ran the six and a half furlongs in 1:24 over a track knee deep in mud. Shifting Peace was third in the eight horse field. It was another threatening day here in northern Ohio, but a crowd of 3,800 turned out to witness the nine-race card. Through the sixth race three favorites had come home on top. Nostalgic was second as the horses raced down the backstretch in this event, saved ground on the turns and when Zephyrette went a trifle wide at the head of the lane OKeefe took advantage of the opportunity and drove his horse through the opening and on to victory.
