Mutuels at Foxcatcher Meet BALTIMORE, Md.. May 8.— There will be mutuel betting at the two-day meeting of the Foxcatcher Hounds on the estate of William duPont. Jr., at Fair Hills, Md., September 12 and 19. Governor Theodore R. McKeldin yesterday signed a bill permitting it. The featured event is the Foxcatcher National Cup, a steeplechase at about three miles, which, last year, was won by Cher-well. Governor McKeldin veoted a proposal to legalize dog racing in southern Marylands St. Marys County.
