Mayers III Fortune CRANWOOD PARK, WaiTensville Heights, Ohio, June 18. — Apprentice James Mayer who won the ninth race aboard Brown Pat yesterday only to be disqualified and placed second will still be seeking his initial victory of his brief riding career. The youngster has been leased to J. R. Car-lock for three months by Frank Daugherty who is now at Belmont Park. Although the stewards tooks the lads win away they did exonerate him of the blame and he was not set down.
