Another Set of Twins Sign Up With Pirates PITTSBURGH, Pa., June 18 UP.— The ie Pittsburgh Pirates added a second set of twins to their array of players today with fa the signing of Donald and Deward Williams, 21-year-old pitchers of Floyd, Va. The Pittsburgh team became the first st major league club to feature twin players, s, when they signed John and Eddie OBrien :n this spring. Like the OBriens, the Williams twins are re just out of college. Pirate general manager Branch Rickey signed the Williamses to to contracts with the New Orleans Pelicans, is, Pirate farm, and they will be optioned immediately i- to Charleston, S.
