Governor Boggs to Speak Orf Delaware Program Tomorrow DELAWARE PARK, Stanton, Del., June 18. — The sixteenth running of the 0,000 Leonard Richards Stakes and a talk by Gov. J. Caleb Boggs will feature this weekends fourth in the series of Saturday "in the public interest" broadcasts from Delaware Park. The half -hour program will be aired from 3:30 to 4:00 p. m. CDT, by five Delaware stations on the usual noncommercial hookup of Wilmingtons WDEL, WILM and WAMS, along with Dovers WDOV and Georgetowns WJWL. It will be Governor Boggs first appearance at the Stanton track this season. He will speak on behalf of the Delaware State Development Board, pointing out the many attractions to be found in the Diamond State, its industrial and recreational activities, and also include an invitation to nearby states to come to Delaware for a day, week or permanently. In addition, the chief executive will tell about Delawares part in the national fund-raising drive to aid South .Korean civilians.
