Long Unit at Centennial LITTLETON, Colo., June 18. — Trainer-owner Vern V. Long arrived today at Centennial Race Track after completing a try at Hollywood Park, Calif. This will mark Longs fourth season at the local track. Prior to the Hollywood Park run Long had his stable of gallopers at Hot Springs and Tanforan. The California horseman lists the following thoroughbreds in his stable at Centennial: Vyr, Vagay, Fovey Pete, make up the two-year-old material; Sir Rickey, Ex-Glorin are three-year-olds and Lancaster, Panadero and Littlebad, thejsix-year-olds.
