Hopeful to Be Seen on TV Television only again will be the story for broadcast coverage of the feature at Saratogas closing this afternoon. The Columbia Broadcasting System again will have its cameras trained on the track for the Hopeful Stakes with the program going out over the CBS-TV network from 4 to 4:30 p.m. CDT, channel 2" in the Chicago area. Fred Capossela will describe the running of the event, subbing for the hospitalized Bryan Field, while Sammy Renick again will handle the color commentary.
