To Publish Morning Line Odds on Aqueduct Programs AQUEDUCT, L. I., N. Y., Aug. 28. Cyrus S. Jullien, president of the Queens County Jockey Club, today announced that the publishing of morning line odds on the daily program would commence with the opening of Aqueduct on Monday. Jullien said that the idea had been under consideration for some time as a service to the public and followed a suggestion made by Ashley Trimble Cole, chairman of the state racing commission, to the various presidents of the New York racing associations. Cole pointed out that the idea was successful in many racing centers and proved popular with the public. Jullien said that Aqueduct was inaugurating the service in New York in the face of certain difficulties which would have to be overcome. New Yorks early first race post time creates several technical problems in the delivery of the required number of programs in the short time available. It is expected that these problems can be solved and that the morning line wil lbe-come a regular feature of the racing pro--grams in New York. In cases where late scratches make it necessary to revise the odds after the programs have been printed the new line will be carried on the odds board and will be posted 0 nthe "tote" board before the start of wagering. Jullien. emphasized that the morning line on the program and the boards would merely be an estimate of the probable odds and was in no case to be construed as the program selections.
