Stewards Rulings FAIRMOUNT PARK, Collinsville, I1L, Augr. 28. Thre grooms were dealt oat suspensions by the Fairmount Park stewards this morning in separate rulings: Groom Tom Koonce, "for conduct detrimental to the best interests of racing, particularly creating a disturb -- ance in the stable area on August J.7, 1953, his license is hereby revoked and he is denied all privileges of all race tracks under the jurisdiction of the Illinois Racing Board and his case is referred to the Illinois Racing Board for any further action they deem necessary." Groom Robert Koehler had his license revoked "for being mentally incompetent, he having ben taken into custody by Collinsville police department, and his case is hereby referred to Illinois Racing Board for further action." Groom Elrod Fred Murphy had his license revoked "for making false statements in his application for license and his case is hereby referred to the Illinois Racing Board for further action." NARRAGANSETT PARK Pawtucket, R. I., Aug. 28. The stewards issued the following ruling: "Jockey Anthony DeSpirito is fined 0 for making a frivolous claim of foul-in the eighth race August 27."
