Improvement at ThistleDown THISTLEDOWN, North Randall, Ohio, June 17. — After a rather slow beginning which was caused by rain, cold, and opening the day after a major holiday, ThistleDown is improving daily in attendance and mutuei figures. The racing presented here this year is the keenest competition ever witnessed in the Cleveland area and with a decent break in the weather from here on in the final figures should compare quite favorably with those of last year.
