Natchez Girl on Sidelines THISTLEDOWN, North Randall, Ohio, June 17. — Trainer Doug Davis, Jr. announced that his good filly Natchez Girl, who was being prepped for the Imp Handicap, popped a curb in her race on Wednesday and will have to be fired. Davis figures the filly will be out of action for at least five weeks. Last season Natchez Girl was running against the best of her sex while in Kentucky and in her best race of the year was second to the Hasty House Farms Queen Hopeful, beaten only two lengths. •"U** M.
