i ■ I I Wear Victory Plates in Sweden BALTIMORE, Md., May 7.— The Victory Racing Plate Company announced here today that it had received word from Stockholm, Sweden, that the first horse ever to wear victory plates in that country has won a race by eight lengths. The horse, Kis Royal, reduced her best time by four seconds, in spite of a muddy track.
