C. L. Cannon, Jr., Dies Suddenly ASCOT PARK, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, May 7. — C. L. Cannon, Jr., of Cleveland, Ohio and owner of horses racing at this meeting, died of a heart attack early this morning at his home. An attorney, the deceased was about 40 years old. Legal Time was a scheduled starter under his silks in the featured race Saturday and was withdrawn by the stewards upon learning «f Cannons death.
