Paving Work at River Downs CINCINNATI, Ohio, May 7.— Contracts have been awarded for the grading and surfacing of the parking and stable areas at River Downs, it was announced today by President Leon A. Slavin. The work will be completed by May 20, one week prior to the May 27 opening of the 44 -day meeting.
