Stewards Rulings WHEELING DOWNS, Wheeling, W. Va., May 6. — The stewards issued the following rulings here today: "Jockey Albert Garry is suspended 10 racing days for rough riding in the fifth race astride Rare Beauty, May 5. "Jockey Carlos Martinez is suspended 10 racing days for rough riding in the sixth race astride Occupy Lady, May 5. "Jockey Patsy Grant is suspended five days for not keeping a straight course after leaving the gate in the first race, May 5, astride Rough Box. "Jockey Ray Belanger is suspended five racing days for crossing over on the field leaving the gate in the second race, astride Free Valley this date."
