Hartack to Ride in Several Stakes at Pimlico Meeting PIMLICO, Baltimore, Md., May 8.— Willie Hartack, whose riding in Maryland this spring has bordered on the sensational, will ride in several stakes at Pimlico. Second to Needles with Calumet Farms Fabius in Saturdays Derby, Har-tac.k is expected to be handling one of the Calumet three-year-olds in the Preakness on. May 19. He also will ride Calumet Farms Princess Turia in the Black-Eyed Susan on June 2. Princess Turia was the winner of the Kentucky Oaks last Friday -under Hartack and it is understood she will be in the shipment of Calumet Farm horses to Pimlico some time this week. In 1952 Calumet won both Kentucky Oaks and the Black-eyed Susan with Real Delight. That was the first year the filly stakes at Pimlico was run under its present name, it previously having been known jr*s the Pimlico Oaks.
