Commission Rulings Reported to Daily Racing Form LINCOLN DOWNS, Lincoln, R. I., May 8. — The Racing: and Athletics Commission of Rhode Island issued the following: ruling: today: "The ruling: of the stewards at Lincoln Downs, issued on May 4, 1956, suspending" apprentice Ronald Eastman for careless riding: in the sixth race, May 3, 1956, for the remainder of the meeting-, is hereby approved. It is further ordered that said suspension is extended through Wednesday, May 16, 1956."
