Wade Opens Track Office DETROIT, Mich., May 8.— Horace Wade, racing secretary and director of racing for the Hazel Park Racing Association, opened his offices in the tracks administration building Monday. The Hazel Park meeting of 60 days opens May 21 and runs through July 28.
