ENCHILADA took command at once, displayed the most speed throughout and drew away decisively during the run home. MR. SCHLEY moved up on the outside entering the stretch and outlasted SCIOTO RIVER. The latter made a same bid in the last eighth, finishing stoutly. GRAY CHANCE tired when the final test came. MILTONS GOLD finished strongly. MABEL BANE tired. The others were outrun. BROWN RAY closed steadily on «the outside of the leaders through the stretch and. under keen urging, got up in the last few yards. LUCKY LEE set the pace to the last sixteenth and held on well in the final drive. ODDESA BILLY raced forwardly from the start, tired in the final eighth and was doing his best to stall off SUN CAMP at the end. The latter finished going strongly. NEDROW reached contending position turning for homo, but failed to improve position thereafter. KING RIB tired, as did UNENCUMBERED. NICKEY BOY stumbled and lost rider in first fifty yards. NAHALLAC tired after showing early speed. RUSTIC JOE was going well when too late. JACKKNIFE quit and was going sore nearing the end. The latter saved ground during the run home and closed strongly. HASTY SUE, never far away, raced into third place the last eighth when HERB gave up. MISS KATRINA raced evenly. MISS GUINEA began slowly and could never get up. HERB quit badly after showing much early speed and bore out in the run home.
