ORDER NAZI MINISTERS HOME MEXICO CITY, Mexico, May 4.— Chancellor Adolf Hitler today ordered all his ministers in Mexico and Central America to report immediately to Berlin. They will remain in the German capital for one week and then return to their posts. Diplomatic circles understood they would come back under orders to initiate fresh activities on this side of the ocean. Baron Kurt Von Collcnbcrg, Nazi minister to Mexico, immediately began making farewell calls, but told his colleagues he would return.
