UNABLE TO SECURE ARCARO LOUISVILLE, Ky., May 4.— Jockey Eddie , Arcaro, whose services had been sought for I Herbert M. Woolfs Technician in Saturdays . Kentucky Derby, will not be able to come I West for the Churchill Downs classic, he ; notified Woolf today. Arcaro is in New York and he has been engaged to ride Tatterdemalion for T. J. Healey, and Birthday for his contract employer, Mrs. Payne Whitney, in engagements there this weekend. Arcaro won the Derby astride Mr. Woolfs Lawrin last year.
