Tony Pascuma will leave for Toronto next week to report to H. Giddings. Pascuma will ride in Canada this year. The Saratoga Stables Volitant will be shipped to Pimlico on Monday. The colt will be given his final trial over that strip for his Preakness effort a week from Saturday. Trainer James Fitzsimmons, before going to Louisville, left word to ship the Wheat-ley Stables Gilded Knight to Pimlico for the Preakness. Word was received here Wednesday from San Francisco that jeekey J. Westrope was married to the motion picture actress, Nan Grey, Wednesday, in that city. Forrest McLanahan, of Tyler, Texas, was among the arrivals and will stay for some time. Jockey B. James departed for Louisville and will ride Heather Broom in the Derby. Condition books for the Suffolk Downs meeting were distributed among horsemen by Francis Dunne. Stake blanks for the meeting at Arlington Park were received today and distributed among horsemen. The main division of the E. R. Bradley stable, in charge of Bill Hurley, is due at Belmont Park, Saturday morning, from the farm at Lexington, Ky. Training activities over the main track at Belmont Park were curtailed Thursday morning when the Widener course was thrown open for juvenile training* The Widener course will close at 11 a. m.
