I DELAY EXECUTION; CHAIR UNFIT BOSTON, Mass., May 4.— On the recommendation of Arthur Lyman, state correction commissioner, Governor Saltonstall delayed the execution of Walter St. Sauveur and IVallace Green until the first week in July so as to give the state time to repair lthe electric chair, which the report stated might kill the executioner instead of the killers if it was used in its present condition.
