DISSOLVES PARLIAMENT BUDAPEST, May 4— Admiral Nicholas Horthy, regent of Hungary, dissolved the chamber of deputies today and summoned a meeting of a new parliament for June 10, following the forthcoming elections. This move was foreshadowed yesterday when the minister of interior read the law establishing electoral constituencies before the lower house. The government immediately instituted an electioneering campaign. Earlier, parliament adopted a new anti-Jewish law sharply restricting Jewish participation in business and the professions.
