NEW MANAGER AT BOWIE BALTIMORE, Md.f May 4.— At a meeting of the board of directors of the Southern Maryland Agricultural Association at Upper Marlborb late Wednesday, Joseph A. Farrell . of Baltimore, Md., was named manager at Bowie succeeding Joseph B. Boyle, who held the position for the last few years. Announcement was made by William G. Bowie, secretary of the association.
