Francisco Palacios Dies DELAWARE PARK, Stanton, Del., June 11. — Francisco Palacios, 33, an exercise boy employed by Mrs. Esther duPont Weir, died yesterday in the Delaware Hospital following a heart attack. Palacios had galloped a horse and upon returning to the barn, was stricken with severe chest pains. He was immediately taken to the track dispensary, and after preliminary examina- i tion, rushed to the hospital, where he succumbed shortly afterward. Palacios lived at 524 West 134th Street, New York City. He is survived by his widow and two children.
