Stewards Rulings FAIRMOTJNT PARK Collinsville, 111., June 17. — The stewards issued the following: ruling: "Apprentice jockey K. Griffith is fined the sum of 5.00 for using obscene language in the paddock previous to the running of the seventh race on June 12, 1953." RTJIDOSO DOWNS, Ruidoso, N. M„ June 17. — The stewards here issued the following rulings: "Trainer D. J. Drake, is fined the sum of 0 for entering an ineligible horse "Way the. Best in the fifth race for Saturday, June 13, 1953. "By order of the stewards, trainer C. L. Springs, is fined the £um of 0 for entering an ineligible horse in the seventh race for Sunday, June 14, 1953, namely Miss Ponder. "By order of the stewards, George Wilson is hereby denied the privilege of the grounds at all times for the balance of the meeting. "For conduct detrimental to the best interests of racing." His case is referred to the State Racing Commission of New Mexico for violation of Rule 240 243, -Chapter 94 Rules of Racing, State of New Mexico. "By order of the stewards, jockey D. Roberts is fined the sum of 5 for failure to give racing room, while astride the horse, Helen Z„, in the " eighth race on Sunday, June 14, 1953, to the number one horse, Rala, in said _ race." WINNIPEG, Man., June 17.— The stewards issued the following ruling under date of June 13: Tor rough riding in the third race June 13, jockey J. C- Lauer, who rode Moosokin is suspended for five racing days, commencing June 16 and concluding June 20."
