Only Five Accept In Moreland Purse Heutel Seeking Repeat Win En Randall Middle Distance Event; Color Guard Entered RANDALL PARK, North Randall, Ohio, Aug. 17. The well-balanced nine-race program here at Randall Park tomorrow afternoon will be headlined by the More-land Purse at one mile and one-sixteenth in which a small but select field of five have been entered overnight. The horses will line-up in the following order: John B. Lattas Click-Click, A. W. Halls Poopcha, Mrs. Elizabeth Mucklers Heutel, the Sparkle Stables Olympic View, and W. L. Huntleys Color Guard. Heutel will be seeking his second victory of the meeting and is scheduled to carry 112 pounds which includes apprentice Raymond Zanelli. He last raced here on August 10 and wound up third to Isle of Bond going six furlongs on a slow strip. He closed some ground in the latter stages, but never seriously menaced the winner. Before that outing, Heutel defeated Bolingover by a head in 1:12 over a sloppy track. Once again Heutel came from off the pace. His better races have always been at longer distances and the Mucklef colorbearer will be hard to beat in the Moreland. His most notable triumph was scored last season when he won the Gateway Stakes at Waterford Park, shattering the track record. Color Guard Raced Well Last Out Color Guard ran a remarkable race in his last start when he came from far back in a thirteen-horse field, circling horses on the final bend and then, after disposing of Miss Degree, drew clear to jwin by a length and one-half while being ridden by Joe Servis. The Occupy colt ran the six furlongs in 1:11. "That was his initial score of the year, but last season he won five races and earned over 5,000 for his owner. Click-Click is always a threat whenever he goes postward. He has not won "as yet in two Randall races but was second the other afternoon to The Gink, being beaten four lengths after racing in the first flight from the outset. Previously Click-Click had been sixth to Avacado in the Lake Erie Handicap but was beaten only a length in a blanket finish, while at Waterford Park, the gelding won twice. Olympic View, to be ridden by Mike Caf-farella, was in all kinds of trouble the last time he ran and figures to turn in a much improved effort for Nick Scava. He has been running against the top horses here this season and in this sort of race may take the major share of the ,500 purse. Poopcha "has not shown anything as yet at the meeting and will in all probability be the longest priced horse in the field.
