Riders Pick Representatives HAMILTON, Ohio, Aug. 17. At a pre-race meeting of the members of the Jockeys Guild, the local riders elected veterans Robert L. Edens, Roy Head and Jimmy Barnes as the representatives of the Guild for the remainder of the 19-day meeting. The election was supervised by Ike Bas- sett, central section manager of the Guild. The Guild will hold its annual day for the benefit of its welfare fund at Hamilton on Thursday.
