HBPA Meeting at Hagerstown HAGERSTOWN, Md., Aug. 17. Bruce S. Campbell, vice-president of the Maryland, Delaware, West Virginia division of the HBPA, announced a general HBPA meeting to be held in the Hagerstown clubhouse dining room after the eighth race on Tuesday, August 25. Joseph B. Kelley, secretary of the division opened his office today and will remain for the entire meeting.
