Officials Doing Double Duty HAZEL PARK, Mich., Aug. 17. William A. Johnson, deputy commissioner for the Michigan State Racing Commission, and George Fairchild, who handles the saliva test box at all Wolverine State meetings, are doing double duty this season. Immediately after finishing their daily tasks at Hazel Park, the two commission men move across twon to the Michigan Racing. Association course to continue their work at the Wolverine Raceways Harness meeting.
