Melvin Marks Takes New Post HAZEL PARK, Mich., Aug. 17. Melvin Marks has been appointed trainer of Leon Slavins Paper City Stable, replacing C. F. Wagner, who gave up the post to devote moire time to his own establishment and the Triple. R. unit. The Paper City Stable houses Jackies Idol, Byronic, Blue Falcon, Polar Bear, Snapheel, Mister Mac, Alsiral and Mystery Man.
