Tacketts Suspension Ends FORT MIAMI, Maumee, Ohio, May 5. — Jockey Hiram Tackett, who was grounded for 20 days here for striking another rider and using obscene language three weeks ago, was re-instated having served out his suspension. He resumed riding on this afternoons card.
