Toon Official at Fairmouit FAIRMOUNT PARK, Collinsville, 111., May 5. — Last season Elmer Toon, a former horseman, assisted C. C. "Ben" Masden during the early morning training hours but Toon has "turned out" his stop watch and accepted a position with the local organization. During the current meeting Toon will serve as a patrol judge and assist in the racing secretarys office. The patrol j*udge job is nothing new to Toon, who is a native of Collinsville. Last season he substituted for J. H. "Sonny" Ellis at nearby Cahokia Downs.
