"Jockey Jerry West is suspended ten days, May 7th.-May 16th, inclusive, for rough riding in the 6th race May 4th." SUFFOLK DOWNS, East Boston, Mass., May 5. — The Suffolk Downs . stewards posted the following ruling: "A forfeiture of 0.00 has been placed against jockey Bobby Ussery * for misuse of Jiis whip in the ninth race, May 4th."
