Boston Doge Injures Foot; Sidelined for Three Weeks BELMONT PARK, Elmont, L. I., N. Y., May 5. — Paul Andolino, owner of the Rood colt, Boston Dose, whose winning streak of 10 was snapped in Saturdays Swift Stakes, said that the three-year-old is suffering from an injury to his right foot that will keep him out of action for two or three weeks. Andolino said that he came out of the Swift with the outside of the foot slightly scraped and the shoe twisted, and added that he believed that the trouble started in the colts winning race in the Governors Gold Cup at Bowie. Boston Doge bore in toward the finish of that race, something he had never done before. Andolino said that when Boston Doge did return to action, it would be in a sprint. The New Engender added that X-rays were taken of the colts, foot and ankle this morning and the report was negative. ]
