Name Hughey Official at MRA LAUREL, Md., May 5.— John Hughey, who serves in various capacities under Racing Secretary Charles J. McLennan, has been appointed placing judge during the summer meeting of the Michigan Racing Association. Hughey is employed here in the secretarys office handling numerous assignments throughout the morning and I afternoon.
