Limit Number of Starters FAIRMOUNT PARK, Collinsville, 111., May 5. — Ray C. Bennigsen. general manager of the Fairmount Park Jockey Club, Inc., announced here this morning shortly before the entries were drawn that there would be 12 starters in the Daily Double events or first and second races and in which six additional ones would be drawn on the also-eligible list. In all other races, until further notice, the other fields will be limited to 10 starters, other than handicaps and similar features.
